from 5pm-11pm at McMenamins Old St.Francis School
Bend, Oregon

glass, textiles, photography, oils, acrylics and many other styles
of artistic expression will be on display

Doors will open to the public at 5pm
light snacks and food will be served throughout the evening
8:00pm we will hold a short ceremony to honor some special
guests as well as have our cake presentation

8:45 - 9:00pm our Raffle prizes will be drawn

9:00pm last bids for silent auction will be taken

9:25pm silent auction winners may take their art home

9:30-11:00pm
we will toast our evening and look forward til January 30,2010
